"All yoga postures can be improved with the Feldenkrais method — some very dramatically."
Daniel is a Yoga and meditation teacher from the UK and has been teaching Yoga since 1996. He trained in Yoga and Massage at the Limaye clinic, Pune and has mastered the Feldenkrais Method over his years of experience. Daniel focuses on fine movements resulting in rapid progress in flexibility and strength and his classes are much loved by students who feel immediate and long-term benefits. Students often remark at the ease with which they can achieve challenging postures at the end of each session.
The Feldenkrais method, named after its originator Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, is a scientific way of learning movement. Dr Feldenkrais developed over 1000 lessons, normally with 12 or more movements, mapping out all areas of voluntary movement in the body. As part of this intensive training you will learn unique skills in stretching and muscle control, taking advantage of the body’s amazing abilities through gentle and meditative movements.
