What is the event about ?

Chanting and focussing on the flow of sound opens us up to subtler sensations in our body. Mantra also helps us express ourselves in harmony with our inner awareness; it brings gentleness and purpose to our speech. Through the chanting of specific mantras, we direct sonic energy towards our chakra centres, resonating with the qualities and challenges of each respective chakra.

Come participate in this active meditation session aimed at raising consciousness.

What to expect ?

Mantra chanting and the sounds of Tibetan bowls is like a dance to awaken the higher self. Each chakra has its own rhythmic note and vibration that gets ignited and enhanced when the same note from the bowls is played.

When the sounds and vibrations enter our bodies, the mind drops away and we melt and merge into our higher self. This unique workshop combines breathing exercises with chanting and sound to go deeper into inner awareness. Chant, sing and experience the healing sounds of instruments to connect with yourself, get out of the thinking mind and tap into intuition
