"Mind without agitation is meditation. Mind in the present moment is meditation. Mind that has no hesitation, no anticipation is meditation."
With a curious mind from a young age, Yashwant Saran was keen to master vast amounts of knowledge of all that was around him. Rafts of data and information easily recalled, stood him in good stead in his early career as a management consultant. Over time he realized that just knowing though was not enough. He then ardently studied Tantric and ancient traditions. He works tirelessly to create and diffuse a yogic way of life for today’s urbanite through the 136.1 chain of yoga studios he founded a few years ago. Dubai, India and Nepal are now his homes with additional destinations soon to follow.

I attended a session with Yash sir, giving me a lot of insight about my own Breath, which seems so unimportant and involuntary and yet is the only thing that keeps us alive. It has helped me reconnect with myself and be more at peace.

The experience has taught me to be breath better and achieve more focus. His teachings were easily understandable and relatable.I experienced an intense power within me and a willingness to change my life from here on. I thank Yash ji for making this a lifechanging experience for me.
- Vinod L
I attended the session with an intention to learn more about meditation and through that process I was able to explore things about myself and importantly not keep questioning myself and go with the flow. He’s an excellent communicator who explains everything with so much clarity that it leaves you with an understanding of aspects of meditation.
